Very poor craftsmanship...confirmed
Poor customer service... So far
Very Poor Quality Assurance Program...confirmed
Why?
The use of a "tires filled with nitrogen" sticker covering a extruded screw on the exterior. Have photo for anyone interested.
A water leak was found inside the camper after two days of running. Conclusion....Did not use Teflon tape or compound on water line connection inside the camper. The plastic fittings were loose.
Overview; will not be a returning customer.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Location: Mooresville, North Carolina

If that's all the problems you have had you must not have had a new trailer before. The selling dealer is under contract to PDI (predelivery inspection) the unit before its picked up.
That water leak should have been found by the dealer.
RVs are built by humans installing human made parts, thousands of parts. You have unrealistic expectations.....
Unrealistic expectations maybe but it's clear Forest River doesn't have a worthy quality assurance program. Excuse me for wanting a quality product (which I thought FR made) and paying for less than stellar product.
