2015 Forest River rpod
We traveled down to Florida with our 2015 Rpod. We love the looks of our rpod and we love the convenience of a small trailer.
Our axle is bent and they are claiming that it is our fault. We did not hit anything significant that could possibly bend an axle unles it is made of plastic. Please let me know what we can do. Our tires were completely bald when we arrived home.
Actually they were worn down to the steel cords. Please help us. We need to get our rpod fixed but Because it is only 6 months old. Please tell me all of the steps necessary to pursue this major problem.
It is not just a little defect it is major . Thank you so much Karen Marino

I deal in warranty with rv's. If the warranty people are telling you they will not cover it, then you're out an axle and tires.
It does suck because the unit is only six months old. However, the only way to prove that it is a vendor flaw is to pay to have them inspected.
Either way, i think you are going to have to pay for a new axle and tires. Which sucks, but the products you are going to put on are probably going to be better anyway.
