2015 Forest River - Sabre 36qs2b 7 Rv Review from Edmonton, Alberta
I purchased a Sabre 36QS2B-7 5th Wheel May 2015. From the day I first took delivery there were defects that needed to be repaired, the dealer told us to take it make a list of all items then bring it back later to have the warranty items repaired.
On our first trip we arrived to our destination to find trim pieces and other items had either fallen off or come loose both inside and outside of the RV. Several inside that appeared to have been set in place without any form of fastening device ( staple, glue, etc ) I had a list along with pictures of 33 items to be repaired when it went back to the dealer September 2015. It is now September 2016 and a large number of the items have still not been repaired. The dealer service manager has had nothing but grief dealing with Forest River palomino getting the parts required to complete the warranty repairs.
And finding out that parts that were supposed to be shipped were never sent. My wife and I have been more than patient. I have tried to contact a Forest River GM and have not had my calls returned. It is obvious Forest River just wants to sell RV's but truly does not care about the consumer and does not stand behind there products.
This was a huge investment that I am totally dissapointed with.
Smoke and Mirrors, looks great until you use it and it falls apart. If this was a motor vehicle it would have been recalled.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Location: Edmonton, Alberta

This is so helpful. I am sorry you are going through this.
I am ready to retire and I am an amputee with many friends in USAA and disabled groups.
The last thing we need is garbage like this. Forest River might have screwed you; however you can take heart that this review will prevent many people from buying their garbage.
Thanks,
John
