I can't get ahold of anyone from forest river. As soon as I brought it home from the dealer lot, trim was falling off.
The sink was leaking water because causing wasn't even out around it! There has been one issue after another and the dealership won't do anything about it.
For the price I paid I sure expected something a lot better! Because the fittings weren't even tightened properly underneath the camper we have had really bad leakage and they won't even cover the water damage under the warranty.

Terrible product and customer service
Purchased 2023 Forest River Greywolf 29TE brand new. Took it camping once and entire camper flooded, underbelly busted loose bc of filling with water, black tank hookup leaked, shower wall coming away from the wall, and flooring already coming up.
Returned to dealer to exchange and was denied by Forest River stating they had the right to repair first. After service department looked at camper they stated PTrap was busted (from 60 pound child taking a shower) causing the flooding. Forest River approved basic repairs according to warranty and denied larger repairs we believe are warranted. I basically now own a $40k piece of *** of wheels that I cant trust to take camping or even last half the term of my loan.
Add insult to injury the value of my product has now greatly diminished due to repairs required that will forever be attached to this serial number! Couldnt even last ONE CAMPING TRIP!!!

How Forest river is a bad product. I had a bounder and Alfa and they were used and never had a problem with them. Don’t waist your money. Poor quality
Poor quality. We havent had nothing but problems.
For instants
Had to replace lock on the entrance door
Kitchen sink leaked
Left side slide motor burned out. Some how got wet. Had to replace motor where we were at and was told to get repaired so we did. Then went to turn in invoices to get our money back and was told by Forest River ( Nicholas Hoover) that we paid too much for the motor and would not reimburse us.
We were told by the place we bought the motor coach ( Gerzenys in Lakeland) to just get it repaired. So we did. Anyway forest river also said that they would not pay for service call either. Well how are we supposed to get it repaired.
How ignorant can people be. Well all my invoices came out to be a little over 1300.00 dollars. And Forest River only wanted to pay a little over 600.00 dollars. Way short.
More repairs
Had to replace the bathroom door ( the door started peeling)
The inside wall panels were coming loose.
Where the step by the table fell off.
Doors on the bench seat stared coming loose
Still having issues.
Want to sell it before we just let it go back. If you want to talk to me call me and if I dont answer leave a message.

Non customer support after purchase
The biggest problem with Forest River is the customer support after you purchase the camper. We needed to purchase some new parts for the camper and we contact Forest River directly via email.
It was a hassle just to get a response from them anyway, after they finally found the right parts they chose to ship them (from Indiana to Ohio) UPS two days air ($250) without even asking us or giving us more options on the shipping costs. we didnt have any options there. We know UPS ground it will be the most inexpensive way to ship two 9 lb boxes when it comes to shipping; it will definitely not cost $250!!! We also asked for an invoice with all the parts and shipping costs and they only send us one invoice with just the parts there.
What happened with are the other costs : shipping; taxes, etc.??? What they are not included in the invoice?
Shame on you Forest River shame on they way you do business; shame on the way you treat your customers.

We have called Forest River and FINALLY spoke to Tony. He asked if we would email all reciepts and pictures of issues.
Of course. No problem. 3 more weeks go by and no word.
Called again 2 more times left messages. NO RESPONSE.
- Do not stand behind their products or services
Preferred solution: Responsibility for negligence and reimbursement for money out of pocket.
