After buying an IBEX we realized that the inverter didnt work. The dealership, rightfully so, was noncommittal about when the new one would come in. I contacted FR IBEX via Facebook messenger and the response from them was immediate! FR expedited the shipping of the new inverter and the work was done within 10 days. Kudos to FR and our dealer Chesapeake RV solutions in Chesapeake VA!

Was told that my Nitro XLR 35DK5 would come with a king size bed. Which is 72x 80. What did I get over size queen 66x80. FR response was it is close enough. also the floor plan is not big enough for the king.Is 70.000 close enough to the 80.000 I paid you??? If you advertise king bed and 15 ft garage then it better be that or let me know so I can look at something else. Last FR had a king bed so it can be done. Bottom line dont advertise if you cannot do it.

Horrible quality

We bought a new 2022 XLR Boost and it's been a nightmare. Leaking water, siding came off while going down the road, the awning is loose, previous water damage, leaking sky light, microwave 0 button doesn't work, broken trim, holes in the heat system duct. Total junk, the dealership has had it more then we have, and we have used it once. I emailed the company and have received zero response. Big surprise. We are talking to an RV Lawyer.

Please let me know how that works out for you in comments because Our brand new Wildwood doesn't have working AC due to improper installation of the thermostat and the bolt into the water heater was not installed just placed in the heater. First trip with brand new RV was a total cluster.

Glad we decided to stay close to home for our first trip. Now waiting on warranty approval so we can try and go on another trip and pray its fixed.

Unhappy customer

Bought our new Mac 228 D last year. Its a 2022. Too many issues with it. It should be turn key. Sloppy workmanship. The worst part is I paid more than $22.000 cash for it. Did not get a good walk thru from the dealer. I learned more from YouTube video about setting it up.

Bought a 2022 XLR Boost and have nothing but problems. Only got to use it 3 times in 4 months. Roof and Siding pulling away from trailer. Electrical outlets not working and looks like frame has snapped under belly.

Service sucks and they lie to you about warranty you pay extra for. The guys that come fix stuff say the people that build these units are on crack and that’s way we have problems

Read the reason. RVs Unlimited in Robertsdale, Al. Lie to you when you pay for an added warranty that they dont honor. Yalls units dont stay together and we have stuff that was on walk through that still not fixed . I looked this model up before I bought and had good reviews. Must have been built on a Friday, because the one we purchased has many problems. I dont expect to get a response just like your dealership. You WILL never be referred to anyone by me.

2022 XLR BOOST Toyhauler has been in Myers Dealership for 3months for repairs,that came from the factory . It should never left the factory in that condition. They expect the dealership to fix their mess and not have parts available for them to make timely repairs.

22 Ozark purchased 6 days ago got on roof to see why water is leaking in camper. Found *** its leaking through the seam. And seen the roof has a soft spot and is warped.

Forest River - Poor Customer Service
After living in my RV for 15 months it was detected that sealant was not put on under the trim resulting in water damage. No where in the manual does it state you must remove trim to check for sealant. Its like taking your walls apart in your house to look for copper wire. This was not done at manufacturing and missed in Quality Inspection and I as the owner have been told its my fault. Buyer Beware, no one wants to take accountability for this at Forest River but it was determined by the dealer and inspector I hired that this was the case. So disappointed with what I hoped would have been my year round home.

Waranty Refusal

Damaged awning fabric noticed only after a few uses of the RV. Clearly defective material but missed by the manufacturer, missed by the supplier and missed by the dealer (twice), but the customer gets blamed and Forest River / Lippert refuse the claim. Multiple pictures, lots of emails but firm stance from Forest River saying not covered because its a year post purchase (from new) even though the defect has been there all along. Hugely disappointed and would not recommend this manufacturer to anyone. Many other quality and fabrication issues with the RV we've only found since towing:

*** drawer and cabinet latches. They fly open when driving and you open the door of the trailer to stuff spewed everywhere.

Poor cabinet and drawer install quality. So bad the drawer rails fell off after two trips becasue they were held in with 1 screw and staple. Should have been warranty but given the awing experience, fixed ourselves to a much higher standard.

Improperly placed thermostat causing furnace to cycle continuously as it was placed in the path of the hot air duct. (we relocated it ourselves for the same reason as above)

Front cap replaced under warranty (the one thing they did cover and likley the reason they wont cover awning due to costs). Poor installation with sealant gaps everywhere. We'll re-seal ourselves so we know its done right.

Visible nail and staple holes everywhere on exposed parts of the cabinetry and ceiling. Nail filler smeared everywhere along with sealant smeared everywhere on the outside.

The list goes on and on...

Never heard back from anyone!! All I need is a cover for my sink in a 2020 wolfpup!! It would be nice to hear something back!!
