I bought this camper brand-new nothing issues from day one. I was promised by the The dealer that all issues would be taken care of immediately.

However after setting up the camper I found 15 items that needed to be fixed or replaced. After speaking to the dealership numerous times about parts that needed to be replaced. I was put on hold transferred then put on hold. I was told several times that they boarded my pot.

It has been three months I have not seen one part or anybody could give me an answer when or if I will get any of these parts.

I have also spoken to Forest River directly and have received nothing but headaches from the warranty personnel and the dealership. I highly recommend not to buy this RV poorly put together and you cannot get any satisfaction from the company.

I purchased a new Columbus rv in 2014 and have used it for two comlete seasons without any issues whatsoever. This the best rv that we have ever owned. Hats off to Palomino for building such a great product

Hello, I am the owner of Tri-Star Mobile RV Service. We offer a pre- purchase inspection on used and new RV's.

We are located in Lagrange County IN., in the heart of the RV manufacturing area. We do a full systems function and safety test, e.g, water, drain, electrical, LP gas, cable, audio, video, air flow, door and window function, etc. Also, rain simulation and cosmetic flaws, cover ups, damages. Ask your dealer before you buy to have your RV inspected by someone who is not affiliated with the dealer or the manufacturer, whether it's us or some other RV service technician.

Even if you pay for the inspection yourself, $300 is a small price to pay to avoid the constant stream of issues.

Sorry to tell you but you will not get help you. I have a 2009 Flagstaff and it has had nothing but issues from the start.

We bought it brand new and it has leaked from day one. Customer service it the worst they will not help with anything.
