Structure issues.

Don't deserve even one star! Don't buy anything from this MANUFACTOR!!!

We bought a brand new 2021 Wolfpack toy hauler and it has had nothing but issues from day one. The generator gave us so many issues right from the start, the jacks were installed wrong, the garage door came off during travel, one of the the tires during transport to us was damaged, they didn't replace only patched. We have had a propane leak, now we have fiberglass cracks through out and they refuse to fix!!! Have the extended warranty and a extended 5 year warranty.

We were told the warranty expired in 2022 and they will not fix, even though other manufactures are doing the right thing and taking care of their customers!!

Seems to be something that happens more often than not. Terrible customer service, will never buy anything Forest River again, spread the word!

Forest River would not transfer me to customer service, as their phone number doesnt even have a customer service prompt, but they still would not allow us to speak with their customer service. Discussions we did have with FR were frustrating as they blame the dealership for the problem, which is blantantly wrong, proven by pictures sent to FR warranty.

FR apparently does not want customers to talk with their Customer Service, as their actions display they do not care about their product, but are keen to find ways to blame others, even when material proof is provided that shows actual cause.

Have NEVER experienced any company with such poor customer service and such bad care of their product. Remember Buyer Beware, of Forest River.

Punched my 2018 palomino puma unleashed qsi 373 brand new have used allot on camping trips by the 3rd year front cap stickers are peeling off looks terrible door frames on all door wouldn't shut cabinets sag screws were screwed in crooked splitting wood blown out holes underbelly cover came 1/3 the way off. Long list of poor workmanship and cheap materials used.

Do not buy from here cheap junk doesn't last. Customer service nearly non existent. Stay clear of forest river products 5th wheel etc.

You'll regret it. Garbage!

we purchased a new coachman catalina 303 on july 29, 2023. didnt even get out of the driveway with it before our first problem with the refrigerator, these new 12 volt units are junk.

back to the dealer to find the problem. two days later finally get to use it for the first time. second trip out camping two weeks later 12 volt refrigerator not cooling, lost half our food due to this. front a/c not cooling also but goodness the back a/c works well.

lots of other smaller problems such as wall paper peeling, fasteners backing out of walls, light fixtures malfunctions. back to the dealer, been there going on two weeks now waiting on forest river and/or thier vendors to approve the warranty work. very long and drawn out process for something brand new, just to get the work approved. then the problem of getting the parts to repair the problems is a whole other issue.

very poor in my eyes as to customer service, almost two weeks to get the big issues approved to find out no one knows when parts or replacements will get to dealer. this is our 3rd RV we have purchased from this dealer, although we have owned many more thru the years. but im pretty sure we will think twice before buying another forest river product again if this is the best they can do. another one of these companies that is more concerned with buying up companies as fast as can for a brand name.

then think the brand name will carry them without putting in the work that made the name a brand to trust. my parents owned many a coachman when i was kid growing up.

but this isnt our parents RV anymore. damn shame on forest river .

Forest River customer service is nonexistent as far as I’m concerned they don’t answer their phones they don’t reply to voicemails. I have a friend of mine that called them this summer to get a wiring schematic for one of their trailers so we could work on it and they never returned the phone call, I’d like to find the Better Business Bureau for that company and call them

They was none. no ever answered nor called me back. At this point I’m through with Forest River and there products as soon as I can trade it off. love the camper but workman ship sucks and this camping world in Lubbock Tx does too. Can never get in touch with the service manager and he sure don’t return phone calls
