We bought a Rockwood ultra light in March 2017 used it three times and had a few things not working. Brought it to Berryland in Ponchatoula La.
5 weeks ago. They fixed a few things on our list but they say the staberlizer jacks are not working right and they need to get with ForestvRiver to get them replaced. Well from what we are understanding Forest River is not calling back Berryland so we have not had our camper all summer. Berryland told us it takes weeks and weeks to get parts from Forest River.
We are wondering why. Berryland also told us, when we bought that Forest River was a great company and they never had trouble with warranties .I'm not understanding why it's taking so long to get our brand new camper back.
It's five weeks, I'm wondering if we will get the camper back at all. We missed our summer trip already, so I would like to know when you will contact them, and why it is taking so long to get our parts.
