Working in the RV industry is fun and very enjoyable for the most part. That all goes away when a customer comes to the dealership with a Forest River product.
Customer will need warranty work completed, and it really is a warranty item, still within the warranty time frame, and it is just such a total battle for absolutely no reason. If every business had customer service like this company, RV’s wouldn’t exist. Thank God there are other manufacturers that actually do care about the customer.
I would not accept a free camper from this company if given to me. Not worth the aggravation.
