Forest River does not work well with Camping World. The floor is bubbling up and they keep telling Camping World to try cut and glue repairs. We bought a new trailer and we want a complete floor, like the one we paid for. The first year the trailer has been in for warranty work for going on four months and still counting. I had trouble with my awning motor 3 months after I bought my rig, had extended, extra insurance, paid close to $2500, called them to come do a mobile repair, then the insurance company said no, I was left with the service charge. I have my fifth wheel at the Shop where they had tried to get Forest River to re-do my front cap due to discoloration and bubbling. Forest River had denied the repairs. The problem with the gel coat is due to their faulty product which they are aware of. The worst service I have ever experienced, have had the miter home for just over 4 month and it has Ben at the service center for the walk through items for more than 8 and a half weeks. And still not done these are not major things 2016 Georgetown 36.9 LX
