We are very displeased with the quality of workmanship that went into building our 2015, yes I said 2015, puma unleashed TSS351

We purchased this toy hauler because my husband has terminal cancer. We had plans to enjoy a cross country trip together, before his illness over takes him.

Our camper has now being awaiting parts at tom raper RV in London Ohio for most of the summer. We did not even have the camper for two months before the air conditioner broke. On top of air conditioner breaking, the electrical panel was NOT even attached to anything. There are many other examples of poor craftsmanship, such as a door *** being placed on backwards, the television not being square.

We were very happy when we bought this model of camper, however the fact that we are waiting on parts for repairs, that should not of needed to be repaired is very troubling.

This may be the last summer my children and I have with my husband.

It has been ruined by the simple fact that your company put out a sub-par product.

If you could please send this email to the proper department to expedite the parts we are waiting for to Tom Raper in London, Ohio it would most certainly help redeem your company in our family's eyes.

Thank you very much for your time

Tisha and Andrew Baker

We recently bought a 2015 Sabre and are having similar problems. Such shoddy workmanship!!

Doors absolutely fall off cabinets when you open them because proper screws were not used. An inside window screen was missing but we didn't discover that until we had left the dealership (and don't even get me started on them!!!!) The kitchen faucet is broken. I spoke with the head repairman at Forest River 2 days after we bought the RV and noticed the faucet was broken and he assured me he would put a replacement in the mail immediately - well, here we are months later and still no faucet and he will NOT answer my phone calls - all I get is a voice mail. We bought this Sabre at a Texas dealership and told that any Forest River dealer could take care of any problems with the RV, however, we got back to Amarillo and found out that if the dealer doesn't carry that particular model (and our local dealer does NOT) that they cannot do repairs under warranty for the first year.

Do you get any of the RV magazines?? I know they get letters from dissatisfied RV customers and will print them in the magazine, and also contact the manufacturer and usually can get the problem resolved.

Good luck.
