Purchased a brand new shockwave fifth wheel and it has been in the shop 5 times I think the first month and a half we have had it. It's had about 10 different things fixed and still having more issues.

I have never seen a product built so poorly. We continue to go back and forth at the dealership to try and resolve all the problems.

It seems like when it goes in for one thing it comes out with something else wrong. I would deffently stay away from any Forrst River product and will for sure let anyone I know to do the same!

We purchased our 5th wheel Shockwave in June 2016 and you're describing our EXACT circumstances. It's been in the shop more than we've had an opportunity to use it.

Went out again this weekend and will be calling the dealership AGAIN because our fresh water tank is leaking. This is on the hills of a broken fridge, exterior skirting coming loose, TV broken, broken drawers, etc.

Dealership "Ken Garff" has been slow to return calls and has refused to give us Forest River's direct contact information to complain about their product directly. I have told friends, family and co-workers to avoid buying to save them the headaches of a terrible product!
