Forest River - Ignores Customer
I had a warranty issue that was approved by Forest River so Camping World of Biloxi ordered the parts on 11/10/17. I've attached a photo of the part that broke off in the middle of the Interstate.
Forest River has since not responded to any Camping Worlds inquiries. They told me sometimes the company will respond to the customer before responding to the dealer.
Well, I called Forest River twice, left messages both times and now it is 3 months later and no one has heard anything, including me. It appears that Forest River does not care about the customer, at all.
Reason of review: Warranty issue.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Forest River Pros: Trailer design and finishes, Trailer floorplan.
Forest River Cons: Substandard parts installed in-on coach, Poor quality furniture and materials.

I had this same experience when the dealer put in a warranty request to repair my FR3 that had been recalled. Forest River would not respond to the dealer, but we did get a response when the dealer asked me to call. That should not be necessary!
I finally heard from Forest River and my issue was resolved. They gave me an additional 6 month bumper to bumper warranty for my troubles.
