STILL nothing from Forest River. No call backs or emails. DO NOT BUY A FOREST RIVER PRODUCT!!!

We bought our Flagstaff brand new in 2009 from the start we had leaks everywhere. They were supposed to be fixed under warranty but it is STILL leaking.

It was kept in covered storage for four years and we just put it in uncovered storage and it leaks everywhere. We have tried multiple times to contact Forest river but they will not return e-mails or phone calls. Worst customer service ever and a horrible product they should be ashamed of. We had a Prowler for 17 years and never had a problem.

This Forest River however is a pile of garbage. I tell everybody DO NOT PURCHASE A FOREST RIVER!

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $30000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Floor plan.

what you are stating is very true. half of the time at my forest river plant the walls don't match the ceiling or floor.

doesn't matter, the unit will go down the line everytime. when we 'bubble test' the unit there are leaks everywhere and the unit will go right out the door. i feel sorry for the people that spend so much of their hard earned money on a forest river unit. they are built like junk.

every one of them.

i should know. i work on the line.

We also purchased a 2008 in 2009 and it leaks on every wall! They are not standing behind their product!
