First weekend – slide ripped out drawers from the back right wall of bunkhouse Our wall now looks like a jigsaw puzzle because the wall has been glued back together Drawer front under banquet fell off when trying to open Outside LED lights did not work Back grill did not have the appropriate connection/line/cable for the gas to allow it to work Outside kitchen refrigerator was not secured and flew all over the place. Wires were hanging from bottom of camper – service dept had to reconnect wires.

Unknown to owner what the wires were for. Second camping trip – slides ripped out drawers from the back left wall of bunkhouse again – glued back together Spent 2 weeks in the shop to repair the above issues – drawers do not all work properly now in the bunk house because the drawer slides do not fit properly Continued issues…. Siding bubbled off driver’s side of camper (on 2 separate occasions in 2016. First incident was repaired - Service stated there was no staples in the wall to even hold the siding on, they were not sure how it stayed on a long as it did!

Then bubbled off again on driver side–4 weeks in the shop for both) Pocket door to the bunkhouse- screws were not properly screwed in to the wall causing the pocket door to become gouged, door had to be replaced. Hydraulic stabilizer jacks stopped working – switches were replaced in jacks Microwave fell out of wall – service secured and screwed it back in Outside speakers stopped working – THEY STILL DO NOT WORK after several attempts to fix Antenna loses reception when air/heat is turned on – STILL DOES NOT WORK - continues to be an issue Service stated the antenna wires were hooked up backwards but the TV reception still does not work with the TV and air/heat on. Drawer front fell off again – service bolted it back on again. Drawer fell off again on another camping trip, service dept got us a new front and replaced.

During a rain while camping a large amount of water came into bunkhouse by outside kitchen area – service was not able to find the source of the leak Service dept at Autorama has stated the all the wiring in the camper is incorrectly installed – I do not believe it has been properly fixed as of today – nor can it be corrected. We have had multiple different towing packages on this camper. It flies all over the place when we tow it. We had: Single sway bar, then a dual sway bar (which service put the second side on incorrectly and it bent our hitch, then E2, now a 4 point.

All 4 tires have been replaced because wearing/bubbling from the tow packages being installed incorrectly. When we got it on the road to go camping that same day the stem blew out of one tire and we had to pay to get the stem fixed. Valences all had to be secured by owner because they all fell out of the wall. Remote control for the camper systems has never worked.

Top cabinets above the sofa – the doors fell off. Owner had to put wood into the cabinets so that the screws had something to secure to. Door locks to the outside door - keys did not work on the dead bolt. Locks had to be replaced.

As of today the cabinet/drawers still do not stay closed in the bunkhouse during travel. We have to secure all before allowing any slides to be opened so they do not rip off doors/drawers. The camper has spent a total of 10 weeks in the shop. Each time we take the camper out we wait to see what breaks….

We actually have fellow campers calling/texting us to see what breaks. We have been able to laugh about this, but we are into our 3rd year of camping and our patience have worn. Our warranty is over in July and we are NOT going to put a dime into this camper going forward. This is Salem’s issue – poor craftsmanship to say the least.

I do not have any faith in the camper. With all the wiring issues I feel unsafe.

Will a fire occur? I cannot continue to camp with this unit.
