Purchased a new/ordered RV from a local dealer. Dealer and Forest River both did damage to the vehicle and did not disclose this to us.

Upon trying to get the issues repaired, we contacted FR on many occasions, both online, on -the-phone and by registered mail. Once we were able to get through to higher service management we at least got some of the smaller issues resolved. But the big stuff like electrical power issues and damages made by them are still unresolved. The upper management service personnel are rude, condescending and are difficult to contact and have issues resolved.

In short, they have no intention of fixing our coach.

Still in limbo... a year later.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of forest river rv and associated monetary loss in the amount of $5000. Forest River needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.

I am curious why you are simple enough to accept and pay for a damaged RV in the first place.

As far as fixes go, that is what the dealer that sold it to you is supposed to take care of. Don't be angry with the manufacturer just because the dealer is useless. Whine about them

being employed by forest river, i can assure you that your unit was built in a very BAD way. our motto is to get it out the door so we can get paid for it.

Quality is not on the table for a qualification to build a forest river product. when i approach my supervisor with a problem with a unit and respectfully request a repair, his reply is "i can live with that".

our higher ups don't care as long as they get paid. welcome to forest river!!!
