Purchased a new/ordered RV from a local dealer. Dealer and Forest River both did damage to the vehicle and did not disclose this to us.
Upon trying to get the issues repaired, we contacted FR on many occasions, both online, on -the-phone and by registered mail. Once we were able to get through to higher service management we at least got some of the smaller issues resolved. But the big stuff like electrical power issues and damages made by them are still unresolved. The upper management service personnel are rude, condescending and are difficult to contact and have issues resolved.
In short, they have no intention of fixing our coach.
Still in limbo... a year later.
