Every since our trailer was delivered to us we have had problems with our trailer. The hot water heater is an on demand type, which we were not told this was the only thing they offered, and they also didn't tell us that the theater seats were not available in this model.

We ordered our trailer from RV Nation. 1) When it arrived, sometimes the hot water heater works, sometimes it doesn't. 2) The front door was bent, which we are still having trouble with. 3) The kitchen has an area along the cabinets that lets cold air in all the time.

4) sawdust everwhere, it was not cleaned up 5) The 12 volt water pump was not mounted to the floor 6) Shades were installed crooked

Some of these things have been repaired by a technician they picked out of Modesto.

We had to pay the tech ($1300) which Cedar Creek was supposed to reimburse us, which have not seen yet, almost 6 weeks and they will not answer our calls. We have been contacting George Oliver who hasn't returned our calls.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $10000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Yes! I also had some issues with my 2015 Cedar Creek , and customer service is horrible.

The person in charge George Oliver has also not returned any of my messages left. I guess i will have to talk to someone higher in the company.
