Forest River in Topeka, Indiana - Not good

2015 Columbus fifth wheel, have had problems with it form beginning. The shower doors are always falling out of the tracks. Leaking value to hot water heater. Slide does not come in straight. About a year after purchase the bonded leather furniture started pealing and now it has crumbled. We have removed all of it. Called camping world they told us to call forest river they told us to call furniture manufacturer. So getting passed around. Still waiting for someone to take responsibility.

Forest River - Very Poorly Built Units

Everytime we connected this 5th Wheel to our truck something breaks down. The worst issue is a silde wall which is detaching from the frame and according to Forest River this is normal on all their units. They say it is because of wall flexibility. My question to this statement is are the walls supposed to be so flexible that the little drywall screws they used to secure the wall to the frame are supposed to come out or break? Because that is what happened. Stay away from Forest River Products. You pay for a Mercedes but you are actually getting a Ford tempo.

Forest River - Very bad experience

I bought a 2019 Forester 2501 MBS motorhome in May 2018 and had 42 issues, 28 major, and spent more weeks at Camping World in Kaysville, Utah than actually camping as I had hoped , trying to resolve these issues. Had to return to my home in Colorado despite not all issues being resolved this winter and putting my motorhome in storage. I will return to Kaysville this April to hopefully have the remaining issues resolved before the warranty expires. It's my opinion that shoddy workmanship and inadequate quality control were the cause of these issues. Would I recommend Forest River products or purchase Forest River products again? I think not

Forest River in Millersburg, Indiana - 5th wheel water and slide out issue

Issues started in 2014 and continue. Constant problems with the major problem being continual water damage. Have involved the dealer (alliance coach in FL) and Forest River and some mitigation occurred yet they stopped providing any service after the initial 1 year warranty. Dealer refers me to Forest River and calls go unreturned. Water damage in walls is causing rot and no one seems to be able to figure out where water is getting in as warranty attempts did not work. I am a retired GM autoworker who’s had trailers for the last 30+ years and this is the worst quality issues I have ever seen. All I want is to fix my expensive piece of equipment so I can enjoy my golden years. Please help.
