Delivered to permanent camping site May 3, 2013. At that time noted 17 things wrong with camper.
Since we have had 4 things fixed. Waiting on other items to get fixed. My biggest issue is that my carpet in both bedroom doorways and stairs is completely matted down after 1 month of use (which is only weekend use and not much time in camper during that time). Forest River is stating this is wear and tear.
I have pictures, text messages, stating this issue and they say they are not acceptable to warrant replacing the carpet in these areas.
QWS repair states that pad that is under the carpet is not made to fit the carpeted area, that is why carpet is doing this. I am very frustrated with this entire experience and would like to know what I have to do to make a formal complaint againist this company?
