I purchased a 2015 Wildwood in oct of 2015. two weeks after getting it home I discovered that both slides leaked or poured when it rained.

took it to funtown dealership in Wharton tx and both slides had to have new seals. there was other issues but this was the main one. so now we have used it on 5 trips and discovered several issues. the beam or truss over the bathroom door has came loss and almost touches the top of the door.

in the living room a piece of the floor has a small area were it is buckling up and you can see the seem across the floor. a panel in the hall way that was replaced in Wharton keeps working loose. and there other small problems.

so I take it to Giddings texas Funtown dealer, no one else will do warranty work on a product bought from fun town, actual words from camping world dealer. anyway they had the unit for 11 weeks and called to tell me it was ready for pickup.

when I started checking out the issues the floor hadn't been touched. the panel was still loose. the beam was still sagging to the top of the bathroom door. But they did put a new roof on it.

when I checked the roof now you can see the plywood joints under the rubber, the repair guy said he forgot to tape the joints. when you walk on the roof the plywood moves up and down not to mention you can see wood debrie under the rubber. so I was there for three hours trying to deal with the issues and had three repair guys, warranty manager, sale manager and the work writer. all stated they understand and are on my side.

they are the reasons the repairs or not done and the repairs they did was done wrong. They said they are going to contact Forest River and go from there.

I have recieved my unit back from forest river. All repairs have been made and i am impressed.

Been contacted by forest river. Sounds like they are goung above and beyond to make me satisfied.

Sounds like they are going to have the unit returned to me next week after four months in the shop. Customer service, Miranda has been great at keeping me informed of the progress.

If the unit is returned completed they have also stated we will talk about reimbursing me for some of my payments made while the unit has been in tbe shop so far 7 months and two weeks total. So we will see.


Recieved unit back 1-24-17.after 9 weeks repairs are still not done. Beam still sagged new roof is bubbled under side front cap not repaired.

Radio still not repaired. Three times in the shop totaling over 21 weeks and still not repaired.

I declare the lemon law and demand this unit be replaced. Waiting on update from forest river now.

Have been dealing with Forest River direct. The unit has been picked up and taken to Alabama for repairs with the promise all would be repaired in new condition before brought back.

it was picked up the Monday after thanksgiving and they still have it because of the holidays.

I have been in contact with Miranda and she has kept me updated so far. more to come.
