Dealer purchased dealer does not service their rv in a mannerly time. Bought in June 2013 went for service sept 2013 (drawer part had to b ordered) said it would b 2 wks.

We were leaving for the winter did not hear from them till spring 2014 made appointment for June got there they ordered wrong part, appt at 8:30 am did not of take us till about 11 am told a unit had to go out to new owner they took our appt for their prep. We were told 2wks didn't happen called no record of service order would b there next day if nothing went wrong one yr and two weeks too long to wait for service.

They did finally come to our house to fix. Sorry we bought extended warrenty they can't fix things on thr warrenty they give you
