Purchased a 2014 Prime Time Lacrosse 318 bunk house Dec of 2014, went to use it march of 2015 found water in the unit. The result was that the Main Slide out seal was installed improperly by the manufacturer.
this was replaced, I did voice my concern then about water damage to the floor and was assured there was none, WRONG. found that water did indeed get under the laminet Flooring where the leak was noticed which over time has caused to floor to go soft. it now needs to be replaced at a MAJOR COST TO ME because Forest river says the unit is out of Warranty. This type of water damage takes time to cause a floor to soft.
Forest River SUCKS! when it come to standing behind their Craftsmanship. This unit has had Both slide seals replaced as well as the Floor to each slide out. The paint had to be redone on the front of the unit because of Fading the first year, a known issue with this unit as well as the outside kitchen Door( rust issues first year).
there were nails and staples sticking up from the carpet areas causing injuries to my grand children when they were in the camper bare footed, should have sued them for that. The shop had this camper more than I did the first year and into the second year of owning it.
As you can tell I'm not a Happy Person. MY RECOMENDATION IS NEVER BUT A FOREST RIVER PRODUCT, they do not stand behind there products.
