Updating another issue. The black water tank or plumbing has a leak.

I noticed a drip and puddle underneath the tank. When emptying the tank it seemed to drip faster.

I haven't pulled the insulation to see where exactly the issue lies, but it is the blueish color that is from the chemical additive to my black tank. It sure seems like this trailer is a lemon.

Forest River hasn't done anything. Jeff Couches RV was helping me.

Now, I have a pipe leaking.

It is somewhere from the black tank i think, due to the fact it is colored like the solutions I use in the tank. It will be easier to take the plastic corrugated panel off and scrape away the foam insulation and do it right myself.

Currently trying to deal with the big issues. I finally was able to get the garbage disk out of the black tank, luckily so I didn't have to pay for it or have to take it in.

They did send me a replacement jack.

The AC isn't even part of forest river or dealership so now I have another company I will have to deal with. The support is barely there when they aren't asking you to refresh their memory because apparently they can't find any of the previous emails or paperwork.

2018 Forest River Surveyor 267 purchased from Jeff Couch's RV nation in December 2017

Trim falling off ceiling and walls due to brads/nails going all the way through.

Trim around bathroom sink too short and inside radius has a gap.

Bathroom counter top has a crack, factory dropped something on it.

Black tank had the hole saw garbage blocking the outlet so it didn't drain.

One scissor jack bent during a storm from poor quality supply.

A/C doesn't function correctly

1. on auto: works for a bit then cuts off like it should but doesn't come back on to regulate the temp.

2. on high or low: cuts off and wont come back on.

Constantly waking up through out the night to go troubleshoot the issues o it.

Velcro screwed in buttons stripped out of backrests.

Blinds not properly fitted in windows, some are too short to be in their keepers at the bottom.

Insulation is to thin around certain areas.

Scissor jacks are mounted in the wrong place on the frames.

The under carriage showec up rusted already.

Reason of review: Bad quality.
