Bought a 2014 Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite in June from House of Camping in Bridgeview IL. There were a few issues with camper before taking it from dealership.

Was assured that they would be fixed when we returned from vacation. Came back dealership had camper for about 3 weeks. Only fixed one thing. The camper is now on a permanent site and we are having no luck with the dealership coming out to fix it.

There are other dealships in the area that said if we would have bought from them they come out for repairs. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE DEALSHIP YOU BUY FROM.

For the most part we like the camper. Floor of bedroom slide has grooves from rubbing on something, the battons on the ceiling are peeling, the carpet buckles when the slides are out, light at front of camper does not work and over the weekend we found condensation across the floor at the front of the camper, door does not close correctly.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
