We have had issues with the dinette that was never resolved. We recently had the hot water heater fall out of the side of the rig because it was never secured and they wouldn't take care of the problem.

We have had a lot of other craftsmen ship issues that have been adjusted by our local dealer but are constantly reoccurring.

I have dealt directly with forest river and they always assure me they will take care of the problem, but once I take it to the dealership they refuse to pay for the repair. The dealership has even told me that is rare to own up to their craftsmanship issues.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Layout, Size of travel trailer.

I didn't like: Customer service and refusal to authorize warranty work, Quality nor workmanship, Product quality, Quality.
