I purchased a 2016 Wildwood 36bhbs to live in full time... Worst mistake of my life.

The customer service I received shortly after purchasing my brand new RV was ridiculous... I am convinced this RV was built 5 minutes before quitting time on a Friday. It started out when I only RV for 3 months and there was an electrical short because no one connected the wires on the main plug on the inside of the RV so when I traveled with it everything came loose wires touched and shorted the entire unit out... After a month-long fight with Forest River they finally paid the repair bill but replace none of my stuff, then my electric jacks quit working, had to replace tow plug four lights to work, then all my inside lights one by one over a course of a year quit working when I pulled off the cover to change the lightbulb I found it melted...

$100 later replacing it with LEDs...

oh and let's not forget the awning needing all metal Parts replaced due to rust and snapping which caused the frame of my awning to bend... Who knows what will be next
